Katrin Koenning grew up in Bochum, in the heart of the former German rust belt. At age 23, she
relocated to Australia where she studied photography at the Queensland College of Art, Brisbane.
Her work is shown widely both in Australia and internationally in many solo and group exhibitions.
She currently lives in Melbourne, Australia, where she practices and lectures in photography.
